We will stop in Chantada, a village where you will find several restaurants (it is recommended to make a reservation in advance), or if you prefer you can bring your own picnic.
Yes, in Parada de Sil or Castro Caldelas you can buy local products and in the winery you can buy wine if you wish. All of them are local products.
The bus will have a maximum of 21 seats. The Ribeira Sacra is not a place for larger buses.
You will lose the ticket and it is not refundable. We recommend you to be 10 minutes before departure as we can not wait. If we do not meet the schedules, the whole group can be damaged, an example is that not getting to the boat trip on time makes it impossible to carry out this activity.
The available departures are those shown at the time of booking, but you could reach Ourense from other cities such as A Coruña, Lugo, Vigo or Santiago de Compostela by train. For this, you would have to arrive at the train station in Ourense before 09:30. The meeting point in Ourense is located at the train station.
In the event that the consumer cancels the trip before departure, he is entitled to reimbursement of the amounts he has paid, once the organizing agency has been compensated with the following amounts:
- The management costs of 3.5 €, plus the cancellation costs, if any.
- A penalty, consisting of 15% of the total tour if the withdrawal occurs within 48 hours and 7 days prior departure day, and 25% within 48 hours prior to departure day. If you do not show up at the scheduled time for departure, you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid, unless otherwise agreed by the parties
